DECLARATION
of 12 December 2016
amending Decree No 359 / 2011 Coll., on the basic register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate
According to § 69 paragraph 1 (a) to (h) of Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., on Basic Registers, as amended by Act No. 100 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 192 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No 359 / 2011 Coll., on the basic register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (d), the words "and the Ministry of the Interior 'shall be inserted after the words" the municipality'.
2. In Article 6 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "in rows arranged sequentially by a comma or in a column 'are inserted after the word" compiles'.
3. in Article 6 (2) (a), the words "including Appendix 9" shall be inserted after the words "and the indicative number."

"9) Paragraph 5 (2) of Decree No. 326 / 2000 Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public spaces names, on the method of use and location of numbers for the marking of buildings, on the particulars of the declaration on the recalculation of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents needed for the allocation of numbers, as amended by Decree No. 193 / 2001 Coll. and Decree No. 147 / 2015 Coll. '.
4. In Paragraph 6 (4), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "If neither the name of the part of the village nor the name of the street is given, the text" No.p. "shall be given before the descriptive number. Before the registration number, the text" No.v. "shall always be indicated. ';
5. In Paragraph 9 (1), the words "change of street course 'are replaced by the words" formation of street or change of street course'.
6. In Section 9, paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) When the street ends, the information system for territorial identification will cancel the street definition line automatically."
7. In Paragraph 10 (3), the word "others' shall be inserted after the words" at the same time as'.
8. In Paragraph 11 (1), "within one month of registration at the latest 'is replaced by" at the same time as registration'.
9. In Paragraph 14 (1) (c), the words "including Appendix 9 'are inserted after the word" indicative'.
10. in Article 15 (1) and (2):
"(1) The municipality shall inform the Ministry of the Interior of the changes to the details of the part of the municipality without delay after the relevant decision has been taken. The municipality shall draw up a communication in electronic form and send it together with the order of the municipality council which has been decided on the creation, modification or demise of a part of the municipality, the Ministry of the Interior. The technical requirements for the form of the communication shall be made public by the Authority in a manner which allows remote access.
(2) When a new part of the municipality is established, the municipality shall inform the Ministry of the Interior of the name of the new part of the municipality, the code and the name of the municipality, the part of which is concerned, the list of the building buildings belonging to the new part of the municipality and the details of the defining point of the municipality. Part of the communication is a graphic annex indicating the continuous territory in which part of the village lies, on the basis of a map of the basic state map work of the scale 1: 10 000 or more or on the basis of a digital map of the public administration. If, when a new part of the municipality is created, the municipality also sends a copy of the decision on their recalculation to the Ministry of the Interior in order to recalculate the buildings which were still another part of the same municipality. Building objects assigned to descriptive or registered numbers within the newly established part of the municipality must be located in the territory of the municipality concerned. '
11. in Article 15 (3) to (5), the word "Office" shall be replaced by "Ministry of the Interior."
12. in Article 15 (5), the words "in the register of territorial identification" shall be inserted after the words "renumbered."
13. In Article 15, paragraphs 6 and 7 are added:
"(6) The Ministry of the Interior shall communicate to the Office the amendment of the information relating to a part of the municipality without delay after the notification referred to in paragraph 1 has been received, with the formalities provided for in paragraphs 1 to 5.
(7) The Office shall immediately send to the Czech Statistical Office, upon receipt of the communication referred to in paragraph 6, the documents for assigning the code of the new part of the municipality with the particulars referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3. ';
14. In Article 19, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (r) is added:
"(r) the constituency of a maximum of 5 numbers10).
10) Paragraph 2 (4) of Decree No. 59 / 2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to the municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 452 / 2013 Coll. '
15. Annex No 1 shall read:

Transitional provision
The amendments to the indicative numbers for which a large character of the Czech alphabet was used before the date of entry into force of this decree, the administrator of the registry of territorial identification will change the register of territorial identification into small characters of the Czech alphabet no later than 6 months after the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
