DECLARATION
of 11 December 2013
amending Decree No 363 / 2011 Coll., on Personnel Security and Safety Capability
The National Security Authority shall establish, pursuant to Sections 7 (3) and 135 (f) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended by Act No. 255 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 363 / 2011 Coll., on Personnel Security and Safety Capability, is amended as follows:
1. in § 1 (1) and § 9 (1), the words "legal capacity" shall be replaced by the words "lawfulness."
2. in Paragraph 10 (1) (e), the word "association" shall be replaced by "associations."
3. Annex 1 shall read as follows:

Efficacy
