DECLARATION
of 20 November 2008
determining the scope and structure of the supporting documents for drawing up the medium-term outlook of the State budget
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll.:
(1) The Chapter Manager shall submit to the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") the data for the compilation of the medium-term perspective, including the comment on the scope and structure set out in Annexes 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 to this Decree.
(2) The State Fund provides the Ministry with data for the compilation of the medium term, including a comment to the extent and structure set out in Annexes 5, 10 and 11 to this Decree. The data shall be transmitted through and with the consent of the administrator of the chapter under the responsibility of the State Fund.
(3) Written data for the compilation of the medium-term outlook containing classified information shall be transmitted to the Ministry under a special regime to the extent and structure agreed with the Ministry in order to ensure the protection of classified information. Data in electronic form shall not contain classified information.
Repeal
Decree No. 267 / 2001 Coll., establishing the scope and structure of the supporting documents for the preparation of the medium-term outlook of the state budget and the deadlines for their transmission, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
