on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease and the adjustment of the cost of maintenance of survivors

The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and the reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors belonging to members or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended, or under previous legislation, shall be adjusted by an adjustment of 5,1% for the calculation of compensation for loss of service income and for the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors, as adjusted by previous regulations of the Government.
If there is a right to compensation for loss of service income and to reimbursement of maintenance costs of survivors after 31 December 2022, the average service allowance applicable to the calculation of compensation shall not be increased in accordance with Article 1.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be made from 1 January 2023 and shall be effected without the request of the member or survivors.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
