ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 12 October 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 6 (1) (b) and § 2 (e) of the Crisis Act.
Government
orders
1. with effect from 14 October 2020, 00: 00: 00, to the governors of the regions and the principal of the capital city of Prague, where such a need is needed, to designate a school or school establishment established by the county, community or voluntary association of municipalities whose activities are the tasks in the field of education, whether they will carry out the necessary care of children aged between 3 and 10 years, whose legal representatives are the employees of the security bodies, the municipal police, the health service providers, the public health authorities, the staff referred to in Section 115 (1) and other staff in the social services provided for by Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., as amended, social workers included in the performance of the social work of the regional and general authorities under Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll.
2. to take care of children as referred to in point 1 in groups of up to 30 children,
3. the Minister for Education, Youth and Sports to inform and methodically lead the regions and the City of Prague in the process of providing care as referred to in point 1;
4. to the governors of the regions and the mayor of the capital of Prague, inform the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the measures taken in this regard;
5. to the municipalities with extended scope and the promoters of designated schools and school establishments, provide all the necessary synergies to the captains and mayor of the capital of Prague in the process of providing care for children aged 3 to 10.
