GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 2005
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2004 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2004 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2004 amounts to CZK 17882.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2004 shall be 1,0532.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 521 / 2004 Coll. are increased as follows:
a) The amount of CZK 8,400 is increased to CZK 9,100,
b) The amount of CZK 20 500 is increased to CZK 21 800.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
