According to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, with the Centre of the Railway Union and the Department of Water Workers, Decree No. 19 438 / 1990-320 of 10 September 1990 amending and supplementing Decree No. 6 006 / 1986- 03 of 24 June 1986 concerning special flat-rate reimbursement of travel expenses for certain transport workers, for which a frequent change in the place of work results from the specific nature of the profession (Reg. 18 / 1986 Coll.).
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Transport and will be published in the Transport Bulletin.
