ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 12 October 2020
on the security and organisation of the provision of social services for the duration of the emergency - Curfew for selected types of social services
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, a decision on the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (c) and (e) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. Orders
1. all persons to whom social services are provided pursuant to § 49 and 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended, (homes for seniors, homes with a special regime) shall be prohibited from going outside the premises or premises of the establishment in which they are provided with social services, except for those users who would be in serious danger to mental or health status by this Regulation, for the duration of the emergency situation;
2. to all social service providers providing social services referred to in point I / 1 of this resolution, inform all persons to whom a prohibition is imposed pursuant to point I / 1 of this resolution or, where appropriate, their appointed guardians;
II. requires the Minister for Labour and Social Affairs to inform and methodically guide social service providers, regions and the capital of Prague in the process of providing care under point I. of this provision, to lead them methodically in their implementation and to manage the provision of social services for the duration of the emergency situation.
