DECLARATION

amending Decree No 54 / 2008 Coll., on the method of prescribing medicinal products, the particulars on the prescription and the rules of use of the prescription, as amended
The Ministry of Health, after prior consultation with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Justice, provides, pursuant to § 114 (3) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on amendments to certain related laws (Act on Medicines), for the implementation of § 80 (2) of this Act, as amended by Act No. 70 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 66 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 54 / 2008 Coll., on the method of prescribing medicinal products, the particulars given on the prescription and the rules of use of the prescription, as amended by Decree No. 405 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 190 / 2013 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. paragraphs 7 to 12 are deleted, including the headings.
2. Paragraph 15 (4) is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
