DECLARATION
of 9 November 2012
amending Decree No. 307 / 2004 Coll., on the submission of information and supporting documents to the Czech National Bank by persons belonging to the financial institutions sector, as amended
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 41 paragraph 4 of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 307 / 2004 Coll., on the submission of information and documents to the Czech National Bank by persons belonging to the financial institutions sector, as amended by Decree No. 34 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 385 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 225 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 291 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (e) is added:
"(e) a pension company fund, a participating fund or a transformed fund whose assets are managed by the pension company (28).

2. in Article 3 (f):
"(f) a pension scheme,"
3. footnote 4b is deleted.
4. In Section 6b, the words "pension fund 'are replaced by the words" pension company'.
5. Paragraph 6b (1) reads as follows:
"(1) At the end of each quarter, the pension company shall draw up a statement of PEF (ČNB) 12-04" Quarterly balance sheet of assets and liabilities of the pension company / fund of the pension company "with the code of the Associated Data File RISIPE12, separately for the pension company and for each individual fund of the pension company."
6. in Paragraph 6b, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The report referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted to the Czech National Bank within 30 calendar days following the end of the quarter. '
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
7. in Article 7 (1) (d), including footnote 6b:
"(d) the activities of the pension social6b).

8. In Annex 5 above, "Part 1: Assets', the text reads:
"Structure and content of the statement presented by the pension company
Quarterly balance of assets and liabilities of the pension company / pension fund - PEF (ČNB) 12-04
The PEF (CNB) statement 12-04 "Quarterly balance sheet of assets and liabilities of the pension company / pension company fund 'is compiled on the last day of the quarter. The statement shall contain statistically broken down balance sheet data for the pension company or for each individual pension company fund.';
9. In Annex 5, Part 2: Liabilities, the words "the aggregate value of pension units, the aggregate value of pension units," shall be inserted after the words "the funds of the supplementary pension schemes."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
