DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 8 November 2001
amending Decree No. 177 / 1995 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., which publishes the construction and technical rules of the runways, as amended by Decree No. 243 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No. 346 / 2000 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 66 (1) for the implementation of § 5 (3) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll.:
In Paragraph 31 (1) of Decree No. 177 / 1995 Coll., which publishes the construction and technical rules of the runways, as amended by Decree No. 243 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No. 346 / 2000 Coll., the second sentence is inserted: "The radius of the arc may be reduced to 150 m in limited space and particularly complex local conditions in the built-up area, subject to the conditions laid down in this situation in the building permit."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
