GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2000
adjusting, for the purposes of sickness insurance (care), the amounts for establishing calculation bases
The Government mandates pursuant to § 40 (1) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on the sickness insurance of employees, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and pursuant to § 17 (2) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll.:
§ 1
The amounts for determining the daily assessment basis referred to in § 18 paragraphs 8 and 9 of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and increased by Government Decree No. 247 / 1999 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) amounts of CZK 400 are increased to CZK 430,
b) The amount of CZK 590 is increased to CZK 630.
§ 2
The amounts for determining the average amount per calendar day referred to in Article 17 (1) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 61 / 1999 Coll., and increased by Government Decree No. 247 / 1999 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) amounts of CZK 400 are increased to CZK 430,
b) The amount of CZK 590 is increased to CZK 630.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
