supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 271 / 1990 Coll., on catering in social care facilities, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides, pursuant to § 58 (a), (c) and (e) of the Czech National Council Act No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic institutions in social security, as amended by the Czech National Council Act No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and the Czech National Council Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 271 / 1990 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 329 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 301 / 1991 Coll., is added as follows:
Article 19 (3) is added as follows:
"(3) The level of the food unit of a citizen performing a civil service is laid down in a special Regulation (17) '.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
