DECLARATION
of 29 November 2017
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 408 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 347 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 360 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 410 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, part of the Olomouc Region, the words "the City of Libavá 'shall be inserted after the word" Lusatia'.
2. In Annex No 1, at the end of the part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Vykáň 'is added to the administrative district of the village with extended scope.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Ústí Region, the word "Rená 'is inserted after the word" čedelice'.
4. In Annex No 1, the word "Jelenice 'shall be added at the end of the part of the Ústí Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of the Bridge.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Ústí Region, the words "Žabovřesky nad Ohří 'shall be inserted after the word" Záluží'.
6. In Annex 2, in the text of the table after the row:
