laying down the conditions for the use of the movement document for the transport of selected products under the conditional exemption scheme and its formalities
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to Articles 139 (1) and 26 (10) of Act No 353 / 2003 Coll., on excise duties:
The accompanying document shall be used for the transport of selected products subject to excise duty under the conditional exemption scheme. The explanatory notes for completing this document shall be given on the back of the first copy. The model of the accompanying document, including its particulars and explanatory notes, is set out in the Annex hereto.
(1) Trade documents may be used instead of the accompanying document if they contain the same particulars as the specimen in the Annex to this decree. Where commercial documents are used instead of an accompanying document, they shall be marked in a visible place by the words "movement document for the transport of selected products subject to excise duty under the conditional exemption scheme '.
(2) Where the commercial document does not have the same structure and breakdown as the accompanying document, it shall contain the same information as required for the accompanying document. The individual items of the commercial document must bear a number corresponding to the field number on the accompanying document.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2004 and shall expire on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
