of 6 December 2016
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 346 / 2014 Coll. and Decree No. 389 / 2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Buzice' is inserted after the word "Blatná, '.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (e), the words "Lodhéřov," and the words "Pluho's Zdar," shall be inserted after the words "Old Town under Landštejn."
3. In the part "South Bohemian Region," point (g), the words "Jickovice," and the words "Milevsko," shall be inserted after the word "Přerov, Přeštenice,";
4. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (h), the word" Shoudy' is inserted after the word "Albrechtice nad Vltavou '.
5. In the part "South Bohemian Region" the word "Žíšov" shall be added at the end of the text (j).
6. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (l), the word" Turovec' is inserted after the word "Tábor '.
7. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (q), the word" Landscapes' is inserted after the word "Chelčice '.
8. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (c), the words" Brno-New Liskovec,' shall be inserted after the words "Brno-Rašín ';
9. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (l), the word" Damnice' shall be inserted after the word "Bohunice ';
10. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (q), the word" Vohančice' is inserted after the word "Unin ';
11. in the part "South Moravian Region," point (t), the word "Rudlice," shall be inserted after the word "Jumpers,";
12. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (c), the word" Bražec' shall be inserted after the word "Božičany, 'and the word" Zacka' shall be inserted after the word "Peaceful ';
13. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', at the end of the text in point (d), the word", Šindelová' is added.
14. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region," point (f), the words "Doupovský Hradiště," shall be inserted after the words "divine gift."
15. in the part "Králové Hradecký kraj," point (b) is inserted after the word "Wet,"
16. in the part "Králové hradecký kraj ', point (c), the words" Great Vríšov' shall be inserted after the words "Třebihost, ';
17. in the part "Králové Hradec kraj," point (d), the word "Sobčice," shall be inserted after the word "Rohoznice,";

20. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (g), the words" Departure under Troskami' shall be inserted after the words "Šárovcova Lhota '.
21. in the part "Králové Hradec kraj" the word "Zdebovice" shall be added at the end of the text (l).
22. in the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (n), the word" Králové hradec' shall be inserted after the word "Závka, 'and the word" Wolčice' shall be inserted after the word "Golden Olešnice '.
23. in the part "Liberecký kraj ', point (a), the word" Windows' is inserted after the word "Mimíň, ';
24. in the part "Liberec Region ', point (c), the words" Dalešice, Jablonec nad Nisou' are replaced by the words "Dalešice, 'and the words" the Magistrate of Jablonec nad Nisou' are added at the end of the text (c).
25. in the part "Liberec Region," point (f), the word "Chotovice," shall be inserted after the word "Prackov,"
26. in the part "Liberec Region ', point (h), the words" Albrechtice in the Jizera Mountains' shall be inserted after the words "the municipal authorities';

29. in the part "Olomoucky kraj ', point (d), the words" Lower Netchice' shall be inserted after the words "Bouslávky, ';

31. the words "Plumlov, Prostejov," shall be replaced by "Plumlov," and the words "Prostejov Magistrate" shall be added at the end of the text of point (h);
32. In the part "Olomouc Region," point (i), the word "Dobrčice," "Dobrčice," "Upper Mošnice," "Hradčany," is inserted after the word "Køenovice," the word "Lazníky," the word "Prosenice, Přerov," is replaced by the word "Prosenice," after the word "Říkovice," the word "Ríkovice," is inserted after the word "Poučín," and at the end of the text of point (i) the words "Magistrat of the city of Přerov 'are added.
33. In the part "Pardubice Region," point (i), the word "Bezděkov," and the word "Kostěnice," shall be inserted after the word "Pardubice,"

Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
