DECLARATION
of 19 November 2012
on the determination of the protection zone I of a natural medical source of mineral water from a well of BV 341 (source VIOLA) in the cadastral territory of Luhačovice
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Determination of Level I protection zone
(K § 21 (1) and § 22 of the spa law)
(1) In order to protect the natural medical source of VIOLA mineral water, which is contained in a well BV 341 on land parcel No 950 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Luhačovice, the municipality of Luhačovice (hereinafter referred to as "the source of VIOLA"), protection zone I is established, which is also a zone of physical protection of the source.
(2) The level I protection zone of the VIOLA source consists of the immediate vicinity of the VIOLA source and is defined by land parcel No 950 / 2 of the cadastral territory of Luhačovice.
(3) The definition of the level I protection zone of the VIOLA source is graphically indicated in a copy of the cadastral map of the scale 1: 1 000, which is annexed to this decree. The first-degree protection zone is defined in a copy of the 1: 1 000 scale map at the Ministry of Health, the City Office in Luhačovice and the Regional Office of the Zlín Region.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 December 2012.
