DECLARATION
of 14 December 2011
amending Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with points, as amended
According to Article 17 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 298 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., which publishes the list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree No. 55 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 135 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 449 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 101 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 291 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 493 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 620 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 331 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 439 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 244 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 472 / 2009 Coll., and Decree No. 397 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, in Chapter 1, the following entry 19 is inserted after entry 18:
'19. E - the symbol indicates that it is an economically more demanding choice of healthcare according to § 13 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended. '
2. In Chapter 2 of the Annex, under heading 9.2, the words "social services establishments' are replaced by the words" social services establishments' and the words "such institutions' are replaced by the words" establishments'.
3. In the Annex, in Chapter 2, the following entry 10.5 is inserted after entry 10.4:
"10.5. This is the total amount of basic own funds that meet the criteria for Tier 1. The signal power is therefore shown in parallel with the power that is marked with the symbol" E "or that has the symbol" E "marked with ZUM or ZULP. '
4. In the Annex, in heading 20 of Chapter 4, power No 44007, the following is added:

The performance of the author's expertise 911, 913, 914, 916, 921, 927 is assigned a minute overhead rate of 2,05 points per minute of power time.
The performance of the author's expertise 014, 015 is assigned a minute overhead rate of 3,52 points per minute of power.
The one-minute overhead rate for one minute of power allocated to the performance of individual copyright experts shall be calculated on 1 July of the calendar year by adding to the present value the average annual inflation rate (measured by the index of consumer prices) for the previous calendar year published by the Czech Statistical Office. The minute overhead rates thus calculated shall be rounded to two decimal places and shall apply from 1 January to 31 December of the following calendar year.
In a contract between a health insurance undertaking and a healthcare establishment, a higher rate of one minute than that fixed may be agreed on the basis of economically justified costs, but not more than 300% of that value.
In a contract between a health insurance undertaking and a healthcare establishment, a lower minute overhead rate than that set may be agreed on the basis of economically justified costs, but not less than 30% of that value.
2. Directed by OD
The other part of the overhead resulting from the different costs of individual bed health care facilities is covered by public health insurance in the form of a direction assigned to the exercise of the treatment day.
2.1. Bed care facilities providing emergency bed care
In one or more of the sectors contracted, they contract the value of overheads allocated to the treatment date at points between 28,24 and 91,76 points.
The director assigned to the treatment day shall be established uniformly for the whole medical facility.
2.2. Medical facilities providing other bed health care
It is a health care institution which does not show treatment days, except for income and discharge tests, no other medical performance (in particular nursing beds, professional medical institutes, long-term sick hospitals and hospital-type special beds). The value of the direction assigned to the treatment date is set at 169,38 points.
The value of the overhead assigned by this decree to the treatment date shall be calculated on 1 July of the calendar year by adding to the current value the average annual inflation rate (measured by the index of consumer prices) for the previous calendar year published by the Czech Statistical Office. The minute overhead rates thus calculated shall be rounded to two decimal places and shall apply from 1 January to 31 December of the following calendar year.
In a contract between a health insurance company and a health care establishment, a higher value of the overhead assigned to OD than that set may be agreed on the basis of economically justified costs, but not more than 400%.
In a contract between a health insurance undertaking and a healthcare establishment, a lower value of the overhead assigned to OD than that set may be agreed on the basis of economically justified costs. '
13. In the Annex, the title of Chapter 710 reads:
"Chapter 710 - Algeziology - Treatment of pain."
14. In the Annex, the title of Chapter 697 reads as follows:
"Chapter 697 - Algeziology - Treatment of Pain - Group 1."
15. in the Annex to Chapter 002, the words "where the vaccine is covered under public health rules" shall be replaced by the words "under public health rules."
16. in the Annex to Chapter 002, performances Nos 02120, 02136, 02141, 02142 and 21043 shall be deleted;
17. in the Annex to Chapter 002 - Practical medicine for children and puppy performance No 02125, 02127, 02129, 02137 and 02148:
