DECLARATION
of 15 August 2006
amending Decree No 199 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Customs Act and repealing certain Regulations governing exemption from import duties and non-preferential origin of goods, as amended by Decree No 200 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides for the Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 113 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 187 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 199 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Customs Act and repealing certain Regulations governing exemption from import duties and non-preferential origin of goods, as amended by Decree No 200 / 2005 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Part IV A additional code R001 including footnote 17 is deleted.
2. In Annex 1, Part IV The following additional code R010 is inserted after additional code R009, including footnote 18a:
| „R010 | Snížená sazba daně se uplatňuje u zboží: potraviny včetně nápojů (vyjma alkoholických, vymezených zvláštním právním předpisem18a), živá zvířata, semena a rostliny, a přísady případně krmiva, voda, číselných kódů Harmonizovaného systému 01-23, 25. Mimo zboží zařazeného do číselných kódů: 2203-2208. |
18a) Act No. 37 / 1989 Coll., on Protection against alcoholism and other toxic substances, as amended. '.
3. In Annex No 1, Part V., after code "93CJ ', the words" Composition of cash' are replaced by the words "Transfer of the amount to the account of the customs authority '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
