imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreement of higher degree was imposed on it between 1.8.2003 and 31.10.2003:
Collective contract of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industry for 2004 - Special part (of 11 September 2003 for the period 1.1.2004 to 31.12.2004)
between
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
