of 30 August 2002
imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it from 1.7.2002 to 31.7.2002:
1. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement 2002 - 2004 (19 June 2002) concluded
between
Department of Chemistry of the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 2 to the higher-step collective agreement between 1.1.2002 and 31.12.2002 (of 10 July 2002) concluded
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
3. Appendix 3 of the higher-step collective agreement between 1.1.2001 and 31.12.2002 (23 July 2002) concluded
between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
