DECLARATION
of 5 December 2022
amending Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities' contact points, as amended by Decree No 503 / 2021 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities contact points, as amended by Decree No 503 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part of the South Bohemia Region, the word "Hlavatka," after the word "Hlavatka," after the word "Srubec," the words "Old Hodìjovice," and the word "Vrábče," are inserted. "
2. In the part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Shipyard," is inserted after the word "Čímek."
3. In the part of the Liberec Region, the word "Rynoltice," shall be inserted after the words "Dec pod Jested."
4. In the part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Živanice," shall be inserted after the word "Volek," the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Pardubice. "
5. In the part of the Region of Pardubice, the word "Mockarn 'shall be inserted after the word" Litošice'.
6. In the part of the Vysočina Region, the word "Zbinohy, 'is inserted after the word" Zbinohy'.
7. In the part of the Region of Vysočina, the words "Horní Smrnné," shall be inserted after the words "Horní Hřemice."
8. In the part of the Zlinsky Region, the word "Mysločovice," shall be inserted after the word "Machhovice,."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
