GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 29 November 2017

determining the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps

The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Paragraph 115 (3) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll., ("the Act '):

§ 1

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 2

The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps provided for in Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 3

They shall be deleted:

1. Government Regulation No. 330 / 2016 Coll., laying down basic tariff scales for members of the Security Corps for 2017.

2. Government Regulation No. 126 / 2017 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 330 / 2016 Coll., laying down the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for 2017.

3. Government Regulation No. 321 / 2017 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 330 / 2016 Coll., determining the scale of basic charges for members of the Security Corps for 2017, as amended by Government Regulation No. 126 / 2017 Coll.

§ 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
