DECLARATION
of 7 December 2016
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 408 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 347 / 2014 Coll. and Decree No. 360 / 2015 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemia Region, the word "Chotomice 'is inserted after the word" Hlavatka'.
2. In Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the word "Pears' shall be inserted after the words" Hosteradky-Rešov '.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Karlovy Vary Region, the word "Bražec 'is inserted after the word" Božičany'.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Karlovy Vary Region, the words "the Doupovská Hradiště 'shall be inserted after the words" the gift of God'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Králové Hradec Region, the words "New Ball 'shall be inserted after the word" Jasenná'.
6. In Annex No 1, at the end of the part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the words "the Office of the City of Vávrovice 'shall be added to the Administrative District of Opava.
7. In Annex No 1, part of the Olomouc Region, the words "Lubořík pod Strášnou 'shall be inserted after the word" Klokočí'.
8. In Annex No 1, Part Olomouc, the word "Kozlov 'is inserted after the word" Charvats'.
9. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the words "Old Ždánice 'shall be inserted after the words" Old Jesenčany'.
10. In Annex No 1, part of the Pilsen Region, the words "Lhota pod Radčč 'shall be inserted after the word" Kornatice'.
11. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Zagerany" is inserted after the word "Košenory."
12. In Annex No 1, at the end of the part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Chidneves" is added to the administrative district of the village with extended scope.
13. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Yacht 'is inserted after the word" Hrst'.
14. In Annex No 1, part of the Zlinsky Region, the word "cut-outs' is inserted after the word" September '.

Efficacy
