GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 November 2003
amending Government Regulation No. 196 / 2003 Coll., fixing preferential rates of duty and preferential tariff quotas for imports of certain processed agricultural products originating in the European Union
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 56 (2) and 57 (1) (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
Government Regulation No. 196 / 2003 Coll., establishing preferential rates of duty and preferential tariff quotas for imports of certain processed agricultural products originating in the European Union, is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1), (2) and (3), the words' unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation 'shall be deleted;
2. Article 3 shall be deleted;
3. Annex No 4 is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2003.
