The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreement has been imposed:
Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 19 December 2025 concluded between the Contracting Parties on 17 February 2026
Union of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic
and
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
