Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 3 February 2019
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019, concluded on 7 November 2018 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of timber industries, forestry and water management
and
VEOLIA Employers' Union of Small Water.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 December 2018 - 31 December 2020, concluded on 24 October 2018 between the Contracting Parties
The Bank and Insurance Union
and
Union of money and insurance workers.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019, concluded on 30 November 2018 between these Contracting Parties
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry
and
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019, concluded on 6 December 2018 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union transport, road economy and auto repair - section of the road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - section of the road economy.
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019 for a. s. and s. r. o., concluded on 6.12.2018 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union transport, road economy and auto repair - section of the road economy
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - section of the road economy.
6. Appendix 2 to the KSVS for the years 2017- 2020, concluded on 6 December 2018 between these Contracting Parties

7. Appendix 4 to the KSVS for the years 2017- 2020, concluded on 17 December 2018 between these Contracting Parties
