DECLARATION
of 30 January 2008
on the determination of the protection zone I of the natural mineral water source taken by the BJ 22 - JUBILEY well in the cadastral territory of Poděbrada
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
In order to protect the natural medical source of mineral water, which is contained in a well BJ 22 - JUBILEY on land parcel No 1716 / 7 of the cadastral territory of Poděbrady, the district of Nymburk (hereinafter referred to as "the source '), a protection zone I. degree 1) is established, which is at the same time a physical protection zone of source 2).
(1) Level I protection zone is defined by land parcel No 1716 / 7 of the cadastral territory of Poděbrada.
(2) The definition of the protection zone I is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 500, which is annexed to this decree, and in the base map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000, which is annexed to the decree 2. The definition of the protection zone I in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 500 and the basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000 is available for consultation at the Ministry of Health, the Municipal Office in Poděbrady and the Regional Office of the Central Bohemia Region.
In the territory of the protection zone I, the unauthorised entry is prohibited.
This Decree takes effect on 15 February 2008.
