amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Public Procurement Act
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Administrative Charges Act

Notes:
1. The proposal charged under point (a) of this item means a proposal pursuant to Article 15 (1) of Act No. 143 / 2001 Coll., on the Protection of Competition and on the amendment of certain laws (Law on the Protection of Competition).
2. The proposal charged under point (b) of this item is regulated in Section 97 of Act No. 40 / 2004 Coll., on Public Procurement.
3. The fee under this item shall be paid when the application is submitted. ';

In Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the district authorities, as amended by Act No. 426 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 518 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 354 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 356 / 2003 Coll., Part 72nd is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the assets of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations
In Article 12 (5) of Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the property of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations, as amended by Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., the second sentence is replaced by the sentence which, including footnote 18, reads: "If the acquisition of property is subject to a public contract under a special law, 18) Paragraph 4 applies only if the contract is to be concluded on the basis of the outcome of the negotiated procedure without publication.

In Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll., implementing certain measures in the system of central government authorities and amending certain laws, Part Four is deleted.
Amendment to the Public Procurement Act
In Article 1 (2) of Act No. 199 / 1994 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended by Act No. 148 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 93 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 28 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 39 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 142 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 278 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 424 / 2002 Coll., and Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 5 / 2002 Coll., is replaced by a comma comma, and the following:
"(v) contracts awarded in accordance with the accredited procedures of each European Community assistance programme in the Czech Republic."
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following its publication, except for Part Ten, which shall take effect on the day of its publication.
