DECLARATION
Ministries of Health and Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 1 April 1980
amending Decree No 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, as amended by Regulations No 17 / 1973 and No 60 / 1977 Coll.
The Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provide, pursuant to § 70 paragraph 1 in relation to § 71 paragraph 2 of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, and § 195 of the Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Health and Justice No. 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, as amended by Regulations No. 17 / 1973 Coll. and No. 60 / 1977 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 6 (1) (a) and (b), the word "smallpox" shall be deleted;
2. Paragraph 10 is deleted.
3. In the first sentence of Section 12, the word "smallpox 'is deleted and in the second sentence the words" and against smallpox within three years' are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 13, part 1 is deleted from the word "smallpox" to the words "persons coming from abroad,"
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
