amending Article 5 of the Convention between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on cooperation in the field of health
An amendment to Article 5 of the Convention between the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea signed in Prague on 4 June 1959 was made by exchange of notes between the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on 7 November and 29 December 1975. Article 5 now provides that, for the implementation of the Convention, both Parties shall negotiate two-year implementation plans for cooperation.
