DECLARATION
Ministry of Planning of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 16 April 1970
amending Decree of the Ministry of Planning of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 85 / 1969 Coll., on fuel and energy bases for appliances of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and electricity
The Ministry of Planning of the Slovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the Ministry of Industry and other participating central bodies of the Slovak Socialist Republic for the management of energy policy in accordance with the National Economic Plan pursuant to § 391 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Planning of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 85 / 1969 Coll., on fuel and energy bases for appliances of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and electricity is amended as follows:
Article 5 (1), second sentence:
"Decisions on the determination of fuel and energy bases issued pursuant to it shall be replaced by contracts for the preparation of supplies pursuant to Article 2 of this Order by 30 June 1970. '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
