amending Government Regulation No 114 / 1953 Coll., on delivery obligations and on the purchase of agricultural products, as amended by Government Regulations No 42 / 1954 Coll. and No 55 / 1955 Coll.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 56 / 1952 Coll., on delivery obligations and on the purchase of agricultural products:
Government Decree No. 114 / 1953 Coll. as amended by Government Decree No. 42 / 1954 Coll. and No. 55 / 1955 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 22 (2) is amended and reads as follows:
"(2) The amendment shall be made within 14 days of the date on which the event was or was found to justify it, but for plant products no later than 15 September of the current year. '
2. Paragraph 29 (3) shall be amended and read as follows:
"(3) The growers of sugar beet, tobacco and root peppers are obliged to sell to the State all harvest of these crops, even if the delivery contract has not been concluded; sheep farmers shall also be required to sell all wool to the State after the delivery of the wool is mandatory. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Food and Agricultural Products in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
