Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 20 August 1945
renewing the validity of the 100-crown statuses (shape III.) with the date of 10 January 1931, small paper money of 50 K (shape III.) with the date of 1 October 1929 and paper money of 20 K (shape II.) with the date of 1 October 1926.
Under Section 3 of the Decree of 28 September 1938, No 202 Coll., amending and supplementing certain provisions on the Small Money System and on the Bank of Stock, I declare:
The effective date of this decree is renewed in the territory of the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries of the following paper tender of the Czechoslovak currency:
(a) 100 kroner banknotes dated 10 January 1931, issued by the Ministry of Finance Order of 17 June 1932, No 90 Coll., which, pursuant to § 1, paragraph 1 of the Standing Committee measure of 19 September 1938, No 179 Coll., are statuses (small money);
(b) 50 kroner banknotes dated 1 October 1929, issued by the Ministry of Finance Order of 21 February 1931, No 34 Coll., which pursuant to Paragraph 11 (1) of the Act of 18 May 1938, No 101 Coll., are paper-based money;
(c) 20 kroner banknotes dated 1 October 1926, issued by the Ministry of Finance Decree of 9 March 1927, No 19 Coll., which pursuant to § 11, paragraph 1 of the Act of 18 May 1938, No 101 Coll., are paper money.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
