THE LAW
of 29 November 2023
amending Act No. 374 / 2011 Coll., on the Medical Rescue Service, as amended, and Act No. 325 / 2021 Coll., on the Electronic Management of Health
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Health Rescue Service Act
In Section 22 (b) of Act No. 374 / 2011 Coll., on the Medical Rescue Service, the words "including the costs of ensuring the operation and use of the single information system in the Air Rescue Service 'are added at the end of the text of point 2.
Amendment to the Act on Electronic Health
Act No. 325 / 2021 Coll., on the Electronalisation of Health, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 45 (d), "2024" is replaced by "2026."
2. in Paragraph 45 (e), "2026" is replaced by "2025";
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 December 2023.
