DECLARATION
of 15 November 2021
amending Decree No 359 / 2011 Coll., on the Basic Register of Territorial Identification, Addresses and Real Estate, as amended by Decree No 415 / 2016 Coll.
The Czech office of surveying and cadastral provides pursuant to § 69 paragraph 1 (a) to (g) of Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., on Basic Registers, as amended by Act No. 100 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 192 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No 359 / 2011 Coll., on the basic register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate, as amended by Decree No 415 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (1), the words "the details of the address point registered by the municipality or the construction office and to which the post code is registered by the office 'are replaced by the words" the selected data on the territorial elements and the territorial registration units, which are the territory of the municipality or the territory of the military exit, the cadastral territory and the territory of the district in the capital of Prague, the building object, the address point, the part of the municipality and the street, and the postal code'.
2. in Article 6 (2) (c), the word "urban" shall be deleted;
3. In Article 7 (2), the words "instead of the information referred to in paragraph 1, the words" own findings "shall be replaced by" the editor shall draw up a brief record of the method and outcome of the findings. "
4. In Section 17, after the words "in the capital of Prague, territory" the word "urban" is deleted.
5. Paragraph 19 (1) (d), including footnote 7, is deleted.
Points (e) to (r) shall be renumbered as points (d) to (q).
6. In Paragraph 19 (1) (j), the word "urban 'is deleted.
7. In Annex 1, point 1 (a), the word "urban 'is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
