of 29 November 2017
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 346 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 89 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (e), the word" Hatín' is inserted after the word "South Bohemian Region ', after the word" New Bees', the word "Sailing, 'and the word" Pluho's Zdar' are inserted after the word "Roseč '.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (j), the word" Vlkov' is inserted after the word "Vlastibor, '.
3. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the word" Bezkov' is inserted after the word "Bezkov ';
4. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (c), the word" Děpoltovice' is inserted after the word "Dalovice '.
5. In the part "Králové Hradec kraj ', point (d), the word" Bašnice' is inserted after the word "municipal authorities'.
6. In the part "Moravskoslezský kraj ', point (n), the word" Liptan' is inserted after the word "Lichnov '.
7. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the word" Transfers' shall be inserted after the word "Turmeric, ', the word" Turmeric' shall be inserted after the word "Turmeric, 'and the word" Turmeric' shall be inserted after the word "Turmeric ';
8. in the part "Pardubice region ', point (d), the word" Hostilice' is inserted after the word "Upper Bradlo ';

17. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (j), the word "Kbel," shall be inserted after the word "Jestřabi Lhota,"
18. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" Poor Man' shall be inserted after the word "Chotetov '.
19. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (p), the word" Jivina' is inserted after the word "Chocnejjovice '.
20. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (r), the word" Velenka' is inserted after the word "Třebestovice '.
21. the word "Zduchovice" shall be added at the end of the text in point (t).
22. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (u), the words" Charles Ves' shall be inserted after the word "Jesenice '.
23. In the part "Vysočina Region ', point (m), the word" Spruce' is inserted after the word "Roman '.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
