amending Decree No. 129 / 2012 Coll., on the details of the marketing of seed and propagating plants
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 3 (11), § 3a (11), § 3b (7), § 3c (5), § 4 (15), § 5 (8), § 6 (8), § 6a (7), § 7 (6), § 7a (5), § 8 (3), § 12 (8), § 12a (4), § 12b (6), § 13 (6), § 14 (6), § 15 (6), § 16 (11), § 17 (14), § 18 (12), § 19 (15), § 19 (6) and § 22 (10) of Act No 219 / 2003 Coll., on the circulation of seed and plant grown plants and amending certain laws (Act on the circulation of seed and seed and seed).
Decree No. 129 / 2012 Coll., on the details of the marketing of seed and propagating plants, is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentences "Commission Implementing Directive 2012 / 37 / EU of 22 November 2012 amending certain Annexes to Council Directives 66 / 401 / EEC and 66 / 402 / EEC as regards the conditions to be fulfilled by Galega orientalis Lam seed, the maximum weight of seed lots of certain fodder plant species and the size of the Sorghum spp. Commission Implementing Directive 2013 / 45 / EU amending Council Directive 2002 / 55 / EC, Directive 2008 / 72 / EC and Directive 2009 / 145 / EC as regards the botanical name for tomato. ';
2. In Annex No 3, Part 5, Section 2, Subsection 2, Table No 5.2b, the row "Eastern hake ', column" germination', the word "60 'is replaced by" 6028), 36)'.
3. In Annex No 8, Part 1, Table 1, Second column, Annex No 14, Part 1, Table 1, Second column and Annex No 14, Part 6, Table 6, first column, "Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 'is replaced by" Solanum lycopersicum L.'.
4. In Annex 9, the model forms referred to in (a), the application for authorisation to put seed of an officially unregistered variety into circulation and (d) The result of the mechanical analysis of seed potatoes shall be:

5. Transitional provision
The labels listed in Parts 3 and 4 of Annex 20 to Decree No. 129 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2016.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2013, with the exception of Article I (3), which shall take effect on 31 March 2014.
