Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

In Annex No 2 Binding trades, group 214: Other, the field of Treatment of Plants, Plant Products, Objects and Soils against Harmful Organisms, the following is added to column 2 at the end: "and the competence under Sections 10 and 18 to 20 of Act No. 157 / 1998 Coll., on Chemicals and Chemical Products and amending certain other acts, as amended."

Čl. IV

If the person has not submitted plant protection products before the date of entry into force of this Act within 6 months of the date of entry into force of this Act, the trade mark office shall immediately withdraw the trade mark.

Čl. V

This Law shall take effect on 1 January 2001, with the exception of Article I (7), (8) and (10), as regards Article 8 (3), which shall take effect on 1 July 2001.
