DECLARATION
of 6 December 2013
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration), as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 8 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 464 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 457 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part Liberecký kraj, the words "Nová Oldřichov 'shall be inserted after the words" Newspapers under Ralskem'.
2. In Annex No 1, part of the Liberec Region, the word "Pánčín 'is inserted after the word" Pánčín'.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the Pilsen Region, the word "Munich 'is inserted after the word" Milavče'.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the Plzeň Region, the word "Nezpovětice 'is inserted after the word" Losina'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Březno 'is inserted after the word" Boreč'.
6. In Annex No 1, part of the Zlinsky Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of the Valašské Meziříčí shall be inserted after the word "Kladeruby '," Krhová' and after the word "Police ', the word" Poščná' shall be inserted.
7. In Annex 2, the following row is inserted at the beginning of the table:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
