DECLARATION
of 23 June 2004
laying down the details of the application for approval of the Ministry of Finance for the issue of municipal bonds and annexes to the application
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to Article 45 (1) of Act No. 190 / 2004 Coll., on bonds:
The application for prior approval of the Ministry of Finance for the issue of municipal bonds (hereinafter referred to as "the consent ') contains:
(a) details of the applicant, which are the full name of the applicant, his registered office and identification number;
(b) the name of the bond which must contain the words "municipal bond,"
(c) information on the applicant's current financial situation, including the debt situation data;
(d) an economic analysis of the reasons for issuing municipal bonds and its impact on the applicant's economic and financial situation throughout the period of maturity of the bonds;
(e) justification for the intention to issue municipal bonds;
(f) a statement that it is able to meet the obligations arising from the municipal bonds for which consent is requested;
(g) the expected emission rate and, where appropriate, the method for determining it;
(h) the estimated total nominal value of the issue;
(i) the estimated date of issue;
(j) the maturity dates of the bond and its yield;
(k) whether the applicant intends to apply for admission to trading on a regulated or free market.
The Annex to the request for consent shall be:
(a) the last two representative accounts discussed and approved by the applicant, including the results of the farm review,
(b) the budgetary perspective, including the projection of the instalments or instalments of short-term and long-term commitments;
(c) the decision of the representative of the applicant for the issue of municipal bonds.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
