THE LAW
of 25 October 2001
amending Act No. 157 / 2000 Coll., on the transition of certain items, rights and obligations from the property of the Czech Republic to the property of the regions, as amended by Act No. 10 / 2001 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Act No. 157 / 2000 Coll., on the transition of certain items, rights and obligations from the property of the Czech Republic to the property of the regions, as amended by Act No. 10 / 2001 Coll., the following sentences are added at the end of Paragraph 2 (1): "The present losses shall be settled by the contribution organisations referred to in § 1 (1) to the fund, with the exception of the fund of cultural and social needs. In the event of a lack of resources from these funds, these losses to date will be settled on the asset pool of circulation assets. The settlement of the loss recorded as at 31 December 2000 shall be carried out in that order by 31 December 2001 at the latest. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
