GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 September 2025
determining the scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 115 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 163 / 2019 Coll., ("the Act '):
The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
The basic tariff scale for members of the Security Corps provided for in Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
Repeal
Government Regulation No 442 / 2024 Coll., laying down scales of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
