GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 November 2016
amending Government Regulation No 307 / 2014 Coll., establishing details of the land use register according to user relations, as amended by Government Regulation No 61 / 2016 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 3a (14) (i), § 3aa (5) (f), § 3i, 3l and 3m of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation 307 / 2014 Coll., on the determination of details of land use records according to user relations, as amended by Government Regulation No. 61 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Eels are arable arable arable land, including areas set aside in accordance with the requirements laid down in the European Union Regulation (8), which has been kept in the stock register of standard arable land, hops, vineyards, fruit orchards, fast growing crops, other permanent crops or nurseries for at least 1 year in the immediate preceding period. The eel is created by natural seedling, planting a crop or maintaining it without cultivation. Eels shall be mowed, mulched or waisted at least once a year, including the mowing of the underbelt, between 1 June and 31 August of the relevant calendar year. Eels without vegetation shall be maintained by mechanical cultivation or chemical means. ';
2. In Section 3, at the end of the text of paragraph 9, the sentence "The associated handling area shall be included in the area of the agricultural land, which shall not exceed a width of 12 metres around the beds and shall not form part of the journey."
3. In Paragraph 3 (10), the words "rapidly growing 'shall be inserted after the words" planted'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
