of 22 December 2015
on the definition of the types and models of service uniforms of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, the method of marking the membership of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, distinguishing the markings and designs of the large and small signs of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic and the essential characteristics characterising the battalion of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic
According to § 18 and § 40 (2) of Act No. 320 / 2015 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Fire Department Act):
SPECIES AND SAMPLES OF SERVICE STAINERS, METHOD OF COMPETENT TO THE HASICAL SAFETY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND DIFFERENT LABEL
Types and patterns of service uniforms
(1) The service uniforms of members of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic are:
(a) working uniform I,
(b) working uniform II,
(c) a ceremonial uniform; and
(d) social uniform.
(2) The service uniforms are composed of the basic equipment components listed in Annex 1 to this Order and other equipment components which are:
(a) in the case of men, the cap of the boat, the uniform jacket of the universal, the waist jacket with the insert, the light jacket, the pullover without sleeves and the pullover with long sleeves, scarf, winter cap, winter shoes, black leather gloves,
b) for women hat boat, uniform jacket universal, waist jacket with insert, jacket light, pullover without sleeves and pullover with long sleeves, dress summer, scarf, winter cap, winter shoes, silk scarf, black leather gloves.
(3) The service uniform is marked with a large national emblem of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the large national emblem"). The large national emblem is placed on the left sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, the jacket of the working uniform II, the shirt or blouse, the dress of the summer, uniform jacket universal, the park of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic ("the park"), the light jackets, the waist jackets with the insert, the half-shirt with the collar of the dark blue and the pullover with the long sleeves. The great state emblem is embroidered or woven. For a white shirt with long sleeves or for a white blouse with long sleeves, a large national character is not used. On the left sleeve of the equipment parts of the social uniform is a large state emblem embedded. A large national character shall not be used on the shirts of the social uniform.
(4) A service uniform with the exception of a social uniform may be marked above a large national emblem by its competence in the Czech Republic.
(5) The models of service uniforms are set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Complements of service uniforms
(1) The service uniform is equipped with accessories such as uniform buttons, tie clips, decorative cords and a brassiere on the hat in men. The supplements are from the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign in silver, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the rank mark of the colonel and, for the general's rank in gold.
(2) Decorative lines are placed only on the ceremonial uniform.
Rank marking and rank marking
(1) The conformity marking is made of brass and is surface-worked or embroidered. From the rank mark to the rank mark, the ensign is in silver, from the rank mark the lieutenant to the rank mark the colonel is in golden design. The appropriate marking shall be placed on the shoulder or right-hand side of the equipment. A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves is not used.
(2) The jacket of the social uniform, the case dress and the summer dress in women has a quality mark embroidered on the left sleeve and is embroidered on the left sleeve of the summer and winter coat.
(3) On the blouse of the working uniform II and the park, the rank mark is placed above the right breast pocket, on the pullover with long sleeves, light jacket and half shirt with dark blue collar is placed on the right side of the front part. The proper marking is embroidered.
(4) The designation of the general rank is made of gold metal or is embroidered, the lime branches are only embroidered. The designation of the rank of general shall be placed on the shoulders.
Identification number in textile version
(1) The identification number in the textile version has the shape of a rectangle and is embroidered. The background colour is the navy blue, the figure and the frame from the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign in silver, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the rank mark of the colonel and, for the general rank in gold, the golden version.
(2) The identification number in the textile version is placed on the blouse of the working uniform II, the half-shirt with the collar dark blue and the pullover with long sleeves on the left side above the place for the left breast pocket.
(3) The model identification number in the textile version is set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation.
Name tag
(1) The label contains the name and surname and is in the metal or textile version.
(2) The name and surname is indicated in black on the label in the metal version and the surname is indicated in capital letters. The label in the metal version has the shape of a rectangle and the color of the base is yellow.
(3) The name and surname is given on the nameplate in the fabric version from the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign in the silver version, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the value mark of the Colonel and, for the general rank in the golden version, the surname is given in capital letters. The label in the textile design has the shape of a rectangle, it is embroidered and the color of the base is sailor blue.
(4) The label in the metal version appears on the jacket of the working uniform I place above the badge with the identification number and on the jacket of the ceremonial uniform is placed on the right front of the breast.
(5) The textile label is placed on the blouse of the working uniform II, the half-shirt with the dark blue collar and the pullover with long sleeves on the left side above the place for the left breast pocket.
(6) The model of the label is set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
Method of designation of belonging to the Fire Department of the Czech Republic
Jurisdiction with the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is marked
(a) an indication of the membership of the organisation of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "organisation"),
(b) the sleeve character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic ("the sleeve character"),
(c) a badge with an identification number;
(d) the identification number in the textile version or by the nameplate;
(e) a cap badge,
(f) a collar badge,
(g) the inscription "HZS ČR."
Designation of Czech jurisdiction
(1) The designation of belonging to the Czech Republic is in the form of a semi-round section, embroidered or woven. The background color is the sailor's blue, the font and the frame are in golden design.
(2) The designation of belonging to the Czech Republic shall be placed on the left sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, summer dresses, parks, universality uniform jacket, light jackets, waist jackets with insert, pullover with long sleeves, half-shirt with dark blue collar and blouse uniform II.
(3) A white shirt with long sleeves or white blouse with long sleeves does not apply to the designation of belonging to the Czech Republic.
(4) The model of the designation of belonging to the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 5 to this Decree.
Designation of membership of the organisation
(1) The designation of belonging to the organisational part (hereinafter referred to as "home") is in the form of a semi-round section. The house is embroidered or woven. The background color is the sailor's blue, the font and the frame are in golden design.
(2) The home is placed on the right sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, summer dresses, parks, uniform overalls, light jackets, waist jackets with insert, pullover with long sleeves, half-shirt with dark-blue collar and blouse of working uniform II.
(3) A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves is not used.
(4) The model of the home is set out in Annex 6 to this Decree.
Hand character
(1) The sleeve character has the shape of the shield bounded by the golden frame. The sleeve is embroidered or woven. The background color is sailor blue. Letters, small character in the middle and frame are in golden design.
(2) The sleeve character is placed on the right sleeve of the jacket of the working uniform I and the ceremonial uniform, shirts or blouses, summer dresses, parks, light jackets, universaline jackets, waist jackets with a insert, pullover with long sleeves, half-shirt with a dark blue collar and blouse of working uniform II.
(3) A white shirt with long sleeves or a white blouse with long sleeves shall not be marked as belonging to the organisation.
(4) The pattern of the sleeve character is set out in Annex 6 to this Decree.
Identification number badge
(1) The badge with the identification number is a metal, embossed, silver colour with a patina. A small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is displayed on the bottom, an identification number is placed on the top.
(2) The badge with the identification number shall be placed on the right front of the jacket of the working uniform I and on the right pocket of the blue shirt or blue blouse.
(3) The identification number badge does not apply
(a) on the service uniform of the Director General of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic,
(b) working uniform II; and
(c) at the ceremonial and social uniform.
(4) The pattern of the badge with the identification number is set out in Annex 7 to this Order.
A hat badge
(1) The hat badge is made of brass and is surface-treated. The hat badge consists of a stylized pad and a inserted large state emblem. From the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign, the cap badge is in silver, from the rank mark of the lieutenant to the rank mark of the colonel, and for the general ranks is the hat badge in gold.
(2) The hat badge is placed on a hat with a label, a hat, a winter hat and a hat on a boat.
(3) The hat badge does not apply to the hat for working uniform II.
A collar badge
(1) The collar badge is made of brass and is surface-treated. The collar badge is round, in the middle is a small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic. From the rank mark to the rank mark of the ensign is the collar badge in the silver design, from the value mark of the lieutenant to the value mark the colonel is the collar badge in the golden design.
(2) The collar badge is placed on both sides of the jacket collar of the working uniform I, the jacket of the ceremonial uniform, the uniform jacket of the universal, the jacket of the social uniform and the jacket of the social summer and winter.
(3) The collar badge does not apply to service uniforms at the rank of general.
Label
The inscription "HZS ČR" is embedded on the left sleeve of the equipment components of the social uniform. The inscription "HZS CR" does not apply on the shirts of the social uniform.
Method of distinguishing designation
(1) A former member of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic uses a ceremonial uniform, which is marked on the right front of the jacket with a badge indicating former members of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic ("the badge"). The badge is metallic, embossed, silver paint with a patina. There is a small emblem of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic on the lower part, the upper part contains the inscription "Member of the Czech Republic in retirement." The badge is created in the shape of a rectangle with rounded lower edges. The badge size is 40 x 50 mm.
(2) On the back of the badge is the registration number under which the badge is registered and issued by the General Directorate of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic.
(3) The pattern of the badge is set out in Annex 8 to this order.
MODELS OF THE GREAT AND SMALL SIGNS OF THE HASICAL SAFETY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND OF THE BASIC SIGNS OF THE HASICAL SAFETY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Large emblem of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic
(1) The large character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is the shape of the shield, the ratio of height and width of the sign is 1.35: 1. This character can be used in colour or black and white. The background colour is a sailor's blue, the handwriting and small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is in golden design. In the upper part there is a sign "HASIČSKÝ," underneath it is a sign "SAFETY SPB." Below it is located a small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic. The inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC 'is placed at the bottom of the sleeve.
(2) The model of the large sign of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 11 to this Decree.
Small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic
(1) The small sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is round, part of the perimeter of the sign is made of lime leaves, the middle of the sign is the helmet and crossed axes. The lower part of the character is closed by a civil protection feature. The colour design of the civil protection mark is in the uniform colour or is in the same design as the large character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic.
(2) The colour design of the small character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is used exclusively in the colour design of silver, gold or black and white.
(3) The model of the small character of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 12 to this Decree.
Basic features characterizing the battalion of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic
(1) The battalion of the Czech Fire Rescue Corps ("Battalion") has the shape of a rectangle in the ratio of width to length 2: 3. The three edges of the battalion decorate the golden fringe. The face side shall have a red or blue background bearing the inscription "HASICAN SAFEGUARD 'specifying the name of the relevant organisation. The face area is complemented by a large feature of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and the lipo branches. The reverse side of the battalion usually has a dark blue background and is decorated with historical emblems and inscriptions, or a symbol of the region.
(2) The battalion is used in a forum to which festive or historical ribbons can be attached.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND EFFECTIVENESS
Transitional provision
The staff member's or employee's card issued under Decree No 407 / 2015 Coll. before the date of entry into force of this Order may be used until 31 December 2027.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.

Basic equipment components
I. The essential components of the working uniform I are:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves, dark-blue pants with grey-blue puffs in side seams, blue shirt, or half-shirt with a dark-blue collar, dark-blue hat with a label, dark-blue socks, black-blue shoes, dark-blue tie, park,
(b) in the case of women, a dark blue jacket with a grey blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves, a dark blue skirt, or dark blue pants with grey blue puffs in the side seams, a blue blouse, or a half-shirt with a dark blue collar, a dark blue hat, stocking pants of body colour, dark blue socks, black shoes, dark blue tie, park,
(c) in the general rank, a dark blue jacket with a wine-red droppings on the sleeves of the sleeves and on the circumference of the shoulders and with a lime branch on the collar, a dark-blue pants with a wine-red droppings in the side seams, or a dark-blue skirt in the female, a blue shirt in the male, a blue blouse in the female, or a half-shirt with a collar in the dark-blue, a dark-blue cap in the male, or a black-blue hat in the female, black-polo-lobes in the male, or black-heels in the female, a universal shell, a dark-blue tie.
II.
dark blue blouse or polo shirt with collar dark blue, dark blue pants, shirt grey or dark blue, dark blue socks or socks for emergency shoes, black polo shoes or boots, dark blue hats. The working uniform II can be placed with conspicuous elements and the hat marked "HASIČI."
III. The essential components of the ceremonial uniform are:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a grey-blue discharge on the sleeves of sleeves and dark-blue pants with grey-blue ejections in the side seams, a white shirt, a dark-blue cap with a label, a dark-blue tie, blue socks, black loafers,
(b) in the case of women, a dark blue jacket with a grey blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves and a dark blue skirt, or dark blue pants with grey blue droppings in the side seams, a white blouse, a dark blue hat, a dark blue tie, stocking pants of body color, black boats,
(c) in the general grades, a dark-blue jacket with a wine-red droppings on the cuffs and on the circumference of the shoulder straps, with a lip branch on the collar, a dark-blue trousers with wine-red droppings in the side seams in men, or a dark-blue skirt or dark-blue pants with a wine-red droppings in the side seams in women, a white shirt in men, or a white blouse in women, a dark-blue cap with a label decorated with a lip-red thread and a wine-blue stripe or a dark-blue hat in women, a dark-blue tie, a dark-blue socks in men's, or body tights in women, black polo-loops in men, or black pumps in women, a uniform.
IV. Basic equipment components of the social uniform are:
(a) in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a medium-blue outlet on the sleeves of sleeves and dark-blue pants with medium-blue droppings in the side seams, a dark-blue cap with a label and a visible medium-blue dropper, a white scarf, a white shirt with long sleeves for a butterfly, or a tie, a dark-blue butterfly, or a dark-blue tie, white gloves, black socks, black loafers, a formal summer or winter coat,
(b) in the case of women, a dark-blue case dress with a medium-blue outlet on the sleeves and around the neckline and a dark-blue jacket with all the mid-blue droppings on the front parts and a slot in the elbow seams lined with medium-blue droppings, a white scarf, or a grey scarf, a white glove, a dark-blue hat, stocking trousers of body colour, black shoes, a mantle of social summer or winter;
(c) for general grades
1. in the case of men, a dark-blue jacket with a wine-red double-sided gold-lined discharge on the cuffs and with a lime branch on the tips of the collar, dark-blue trousers with wide wine-red droppings in the side seams, dark-blue hat with a label decorated with a lime branch and a wine-red vamp, white shirt with long sleeves to the butterfly or tie, dark-blue tie or butterfly, black socks, black loafers, white gloves, mantle for the social summer or winter,
2. in the case of women, a dark blue holster dress with a wine-red double-sided gold lining on the sleeves and around the neckline and a dark-blue jacket with a marked wine-red double-sided gold flap on the front parts and a slot in the elbow seams lined with a wine-red double-sided gold flap, a white scarf, or a grey scarf, a white glove, a dark blue hat, a panty pants of body color, black pumps, a coat of social summer or winter.
