GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 December 2011
to implement the Act on General Inspection of Security Corps
The Government orders pursuant to § 60 (4) of Act No. 341 / 2011 Coll., on the General Inspection of Security Corps and on the amendment of related laws:
Service card and badge of the General Inspection of Security Corps
(1) The model and the description of the service pass of the General Inspection of Security Corps (hereinafter referred to as "inspection") is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
(2) The model and the description of the badge are set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
Inspection staff ID
The model and the description of the inspection staff card are set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation.
Method of external inspection designation
(1) The external designation of the inspection shall be "GENERAL INSPECTION ', which shall consist of:
(a) yellow letters on a black background, placed at the front on the left of the chest and on the back of a civil garment or service vest, accompanied by a personal registration number at the front; or
(b) black letters placed on the blue sleeve.
(2) Models of inscriptions, service vests and sleeves bearing the inscriptions referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation.
Means of proving responsibility for inspection
(1) The inspection shall be carried out by means of an inspection card.
(2) The inspection badge shall be provided for inspection by the front of the inspection badge with an identification number without the inspection badge being issued by hand.
(3) When proving the external marking of an inspection, the inscriptions referred to in Paragraph 2 (1) shall be so clearly visible.
(4) The inspection shall be carried out by means of an inspection card by analogy with paragraph 1.
Special marking of service vehicles inspection
(1) The inspection service vehicle may be marked on the front and side sides with the inscription "GENERAL INSPECTION" which consists of black letters on a white background.
(2) In the case of a parked service vehicle, the inspection shall be sufficient to indicate the registration card placed behind the windscreen.
(3) The models of the inscriptions on the service vehicle are set out in Annex 5 to this Regulation.
Belt marked "General Inspection of Security Corps"
The model and description of the belt bearing the designation "GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY COLLECTIONS 'for marking or delimiting the designated site is set out in Annex 6 to this Regulation.
Repeal
Decree No. 441 / 2008 Coll., on the method of external identification of the inspector, the model of the inspection service card, the model of the vehicle identification of the inspection and the method of proving its competence for the inspection, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.

Annex No 1
Model of the inspection service
Description
The inspection card is 56 mm high and 86 mm wide and is printed on a white plastic card.
The front page of the service card inspection is made in blue and white with raster printing with white patterns of labyrinth pattern and 4 rectangular white fields. The upper white field contains the inscription "GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY BODIES ', the left white field is intended for electronic printing of a photograph of a member of the inspection, which corresponds to its current form, depicts it in front view in civil clothing, without glasses with dark glasses and without headgear, and two right white fields are intended for the personal registration number of the inspection officer and the date of issue of the inspection service card and are inscribed in the words" PERSONAL EVIDENCE NUMBER' and "DATE '. The lower part of the inspection service card shall include the inscription" GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY COSTS' in the corrugated line. The lower right-hand signature of the inspection director shall be indicated electronically. In the middle of the front of the service card inspection is glued to the square holographic shiny silver foil with safety features. The whole front page is covered with a transparent holographic lamination film with the inscription "GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY COLLECTIONS" and inspection features on the surface.
The back of the service card shall be in white and shall not contain any information.

Model of inspection badge and its description
The inspection badge consists of a metal circle of yellow colour with a diameter of 45 mm with a frame on the circumference of which are the words "GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY COSTS." In the middle of the badge is placed the rose in plastic design with four vertices heading to four world sides. These sides of the rosary are symmetrically divided into equal halves. In the centre of the rose there is a gothic shield covered with a pattern of a rectangular labyrinth, in whose centre is depicted a guard in the flight, covered with hardened glaze. At the bottom of the badge are 2 rectangular white fields for the location of a six-digit identification number which is divided in the middle by one peak of the rose.
On the back of the badge there is a slight design with a buckle for attachment.

Model of inspection staff card
Description
The employee card is 56 mm high and 86 mm wide and is printed on a white plastic card.
The front page of the employee's certificate of inspection shall be made in light brown and white with a raster print with white patterns of the labyrinth pattern and 4 rectangular white fields. The upper white field includes the inscription "EMPLOYMENT OF THE GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY GROUPS ', the left white field is intended for electronic printing of the staff member's photo of the inspection, which corresponds to its current form, depicts it in front view in civil clothing, without glasses with dark glasses and without headgear, and the two right white fields are intended for the personal registration number of the inspection staff and the date of issue of the inspection staff's card, and are entitled" PERSONAL EVIDENCE NUMBER' and "DATE '. The lower part of the employee's certificate of inspection shall include the inscription" GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY COSTS' in the corrugated line. The lower right-hand signature of the inspection director shall be indicated electronically. In the middle of the front of the employee's certificate inspection is glued to the square holographic shiny silver foil with safety features. The back of the staff member's certificate shall be in white and shall contain no particulars.

Description
The belt marked "GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY GROUPS 'shall consist of alternately white fields with the blue inscription" GENERAL INSPECTION OF SAFETY GROUPS' and red fields with the black inscription "ENTERTAINMENT OF GROUPS '.
