DECLARATION
of 12 November 2009
on the establishment of names, residences and territorial districts of Regional Directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 118 paragraph 2 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
Names, offices and territorial districts of Regional Directorates of Police of the Czech Republic
The names, offices and territorial districts of the Regional Directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic are set out in an annex to this decree.
Repeal
Decree No. 443 / 2008 Coll., establishing the names, offices and territorial districts of the Regional Directorates of the Police of the Czech Republic, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
(1) This Decree takes effect on 1 January 2010.
(2) This Decree expires on 31 December 2011.

Names, offices and territorial districts of Regional Directorates of Police of the Czech Republic
1. Regional Directorate of Police of the City of Prague, based in Prague with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the capital of Prague.
2. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Central Bohemian Region, based in Prague with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the Central Bohemian Region.
3. Regional Directorate of the Police of the South Bohemia Region based in České Budějovice with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the South Bohemia Region.
4. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Pilsen Region, based in Pilsen with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the Pilsen Region.
5. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Karlovy Vary Region based in Karlovy Vary with a territorial area defined by the territory of the Karlovy Vary Region.
6. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Ústí Region, based in Ústí nad Labem, with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the Ústí Region.
7. Regional Directorate of the Police of the Liberec Region, based in Liberec, with a territorial area defined by the territory of the Liberec Region.
8. Regional Directorate of Police of the Králové Hradec Králové Region, based in Hradec Králové, with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the Králové Hradec Region.
9. Regional Directorate of the Pardubice Region Police, based in Pardubice with a territorial area defined by the territory of the Pardubice Region.
10. Regional Directorate of the Region Police Vysočina with its seat in Jihlava with a territorial perimeter defined by the region Vysočina.
11. Regional Directorate of the Police of the South Moravian Region based in Brno with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of the South Moravian Region.
12. Regional Directorate of the Olomouc Region Police, based in Olomouc with a territorial area defined by the territory of Olomouc Region.
13. Regional Directorate of Zlín Region Police, based in Zlín with a territorial perimeter defined by the territory of Zlín Region.
14. Regional Police Directorate Moravian-Silesian Region, based in Ostrava, with a territorial area defined by the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
