DECLARATION
of 16 June 2004
repealing Decree No. 18 / 1987 Coll., laying down requirements for protection against explosions of flammable gases and vapours
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to Sections 9 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State Administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., and the Czech Mining Office provides pursuant to § 8a (8) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and on State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 18 / 1987 Coll., laying down requirements for protection against explosions of flammable gases and vapours, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2004.
