amending and supplementing Decree No. 1 / 1990 of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic Coll., on a compulsory deposit at the start of construction in 1990
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic pursuant to § 32 paragraph 2 and to the implementation of § 28 paragraph 2 of Act No. 67 / 1989 Coll., on National Economic Planning, and to the implementation of § 62 paragraph 4 of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), provides:
Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 1 / 1990 Coll., on a compulsory deposit in the opening of buildings in 1990, is added as follows:
In Section 4, the following provision (c) is inserted:
"(c) namely listed in Annex C III / 16 to the National Plan of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic for 1990 - Environmental Investment Programme."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
