on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 6 / 2016 of 25 November 2016, on regulated prices related to the supply of gas, and Decision No 7 / 2016 of 25 November 2016 setting prices for related electricity services to low-voltage customers.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 6 / 2016 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 25 November 2016, amounting to 9. The price decision became valid on that date. It shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 7 / 2016 was published in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 25 November 2016, amounting to 10. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 8 / 2016 was published in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 25 November 2016, amounting to 11. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
